Stephanie is involved in all things people and policy for the Global Operations team – from recruiting, onboarding, organizational policies & benefits, and more. Before joining IDinsight, Stephanie was an Analyst at a startup, responsible for building systems and processes based on corporate strategic goals, contributing to organizational branding processes, and co-designing learning experiences. Stephanie is a graduate of the African Leadership University, where she studied International Business and Trade.
