She manages the necessary operations, legal, compliance, and administrative workstreams for the Southeast Asian region. She supports IDinsight’s smooth functioning and continued growth by working on regional compliance management, team financial oversight, people operations and systems development, and business development. Prior to IDinsight, Sophia raised funds for a variety of social impact organizations around the globe. In addition to developing donor research pipelines and cultivation strategies for her clients, she managed a team of researchers and helped establish learning and development programs. Sophia holds a BA in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
