Prior to joining IDinsight, Shreya worked as a Project Fellow with ATREE on the precursor phase of the National Mission on Biodiversity, funded by the Principal Scientific Advisor’s Office, Government of India. As a Research Assistant at IRADe, intern at International Water Management Institute and Confederation of Indian Industry, she conducted fieldwork in various regions of India and engaged with industry stakeholders in the areas varying from Ease of Doing Business to energy, water and climate change. Shreya has a Master’s degree in Economics including Natural Resource Economics and an Economic and Political Weekly co-authored publication on the potential of ‘landscape restoration’ in India.
