Leads client-facing engagements in India, with a deep passion to inform data-driven decisions in the agriculture and livelihoods sector

Rupika leads projects and client engagements across sectors in the India. She particularly provides sectoral inputs for project selection and execution in agriculture sector. She has rich experience of working on several monitoring, impact and process evaluation studies. She has worked with foundations like BMGF, Rockefeller and Hewlett. Previously she has led learning partnership with the NITI Aayog, which was aimed at informing various policy decisions like the national Soil Health Card scheme design. She has also led multiple evaluation partnerships with several BMGF grantees like Digital Green to provide evaluation services.

Prior to IDinsight, Rupika worked with IFMR LEAD in India where she managed various impact evaluations in their Financial Inclusion team. She led various Randomized Control Trial studies in MSME credit financing and Agriculture sector.

Rupika has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology and a Master’s degree in Rural Management from Xaviers’ Institute of Management, Bhuvneshwar India. In her Master’s program, she received the annual Faculty Gold Medal. She speaks English, Hindi.
