Raghav Adlakha is the India Chief of Staff at IDinsight, based in New Delhi, India. In his role as India Chief of Staff, Raghav works directly with IDinsight’s India Lead to develop new relationships across the country, implement IDinsight’s regional strategy, and contribute to organisational management across our India offices. He also manages selected client-facing engagements with strategic partners. Raghav spent over three years as a client-facing team member, working with policymakers in India at NITI Aayog, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Rural Development. Most recently, he led a series of surveys on COVID-19’s impacts on India’s rural economy- informing policy responses by government departments, multi-lateral organisations and philanthropic foundations. Prior to joining IDinsight, Raghav gained field and research experience working with the Center for Digital Financial Inclusion in Delhi. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
