In his role, Paul manages field logistics, hiring and training of enumerators, taking part in the refinement of survey questionnaires, and ensuring the collection of high-quality data through spot checks and back checks. Prior to joining IDinsight, Paul worked as a Senior Project Lead with Busara Center for Behavioral Economics where he managed field teams on various research projects in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. He has previously worked as a Field Manager with IDinsight on the VE DIB project. He has also worked as a Project Officer with Kenya Alliance for Rural Empowerment (KARE) and as a Senior Field Officer with Innovations for Poverty Action. Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi, and he speaks English, Swahili, and Dholuo.
