Prior to joining IDinsight, Noel worked as a consultant for small businesses and provided adaptive business intelligence, performance management, and data analytics services. She also worked as a supervisor in the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census (KPHC). Noel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Statistics from Egerton University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Statistical Science at Strathmore University.
