Niharika is currently a part of the Delhi Outcome Budget Unit Project, which works to support the Delhi Government increase the effectiveness of its annual expenditure by improving the Outcome Budget process. Prior to joining IDinsight, she worked as a Program Manager at Central Square Foundation (CSF) and as a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia. Niharika is a post graduate in liberal studies from Ashoka University and a graduate in economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University
