Natasha works directly with IDinsight’s Africa leadership to implement IDinsight’s regional strategy, manage relationships with key funders and thought partners across the continent, and optimize collaboration within the Africa team, and between the Africa Executive team and other IDinsight teams. Natasha joined IDinsight as a Data Analyst, and quickly worked her way up to Associate, Senior Associate and finally, Africa Chief of Staff within 3 years. She has been the cornerstone of IDinsight’s work in Malawi, working as a technical consultant on the Malawi Learning Partnership with the Ministry of Gender, Community Development, and Social Protection, as well as conducting a process evaluation of Malawi’s Enhanced Public Works Programme. Prior to IDinsight, Natasha gained experience in project management and field work as an intern at the Young Women’s Christian Organization in Lusaka. Natasha has also interned for multiple organizations in her native Zambia, including Zoom Food and Jiivana Services. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kenyon College, USA. She is also an alumni of UWC Red Cross Nordic in Norway making her a Davis Scholar.
