Prior to joining IDinsight, Micah was a Research Associate in the Philippine office of Innovations for Poverty Action. She focused on evaluations of low income and conflict-affected populations in the country. She has also previously worked on governance reform projects for national government agencies. Micah holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of the Philippines.
