Luke has worked with various project teams at IDinsight, including the NITI financial inclusion team, the Delhi Government COVID response team, the Azad Foundation M&E advisory team, and the Mission Karmayogi team. He has experience in evaluation design and implementation, Theory of Change development, indicator selection, measurement tool design, and data analysis. Prior to joining IDinsight, Luke gained field and research experience in India, Senegal, and Kenya in the microfinance, education, and agricultural sectors. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Georgetown University.
