Prior to joining IDinsight, Julian worked as an Associate with the Centre for Public Impact, where he engaged in projects related to government innovation, open data, and economic development strategy. He has conducted policy analysis on issues including data sharing, international trade, and global migration for the European Parliament, the Carnegie Corporation, and Human Rights First. Julian holds a BA in Global Affairs from Yale University, with a focus on economic development and data analysis. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
