Prior to IDinsight, Esther worked for 2 years at The American India Foundation Trust (AIF) in the William J. Clinton Fellowship Program team. At AIF, she was recruited to direct and coordinate activities between departments and various stakeholders, identify and recruit potential Fellows and Host organizations. Before working with AIF, Esther worked with AON and Anugrah Trust. Esther holds a master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Ambedkar University, Delhi.
