Estelle Plat is a Senior Manager at IDinsight, based in Rabat, Morocco. Estelle supports the INDH Learning Partnership team on its various workstreams, including preschool education, diagnostic/planning of INDH, school tutoring, community health, etc. Estelle has extensive experience in research management, including more than five years with Innovations for Poverty Action in Francophone West Africa where she started as Research Associate and progressively moved to more senior positions up to the role of IPA Country Director for Burkina Faso, Mali and Côte d’Ivoire. Estelle has managed numerous evaluation projects, including RCTs in Francophone West Africa. Prior to joining IDinsight, Estelle was the Monitoring and Data Adviser of the Global Comprehensive Abortion Care Initiative at International Planned Parenthood, in London. She holds a Master of Public Policy and Development from the Paris School of Economics and graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure Cachan in Social Sciences. Estelle speaks French, English and has some fading notions of Italian.
