Prior to joining IDinsight, Cininta held research roles in evaluations of agricultural and environmental development projects in Indonesia. She was also a Knowledge Management Research Fellow at the International Center for Agriculture in the Dry Areas, conducting a study on institutional research data management. Previously, she held roles in academia supporting design, implementation, and outreach of several multi-year, multi-disciplinary agricultural research projects. Cininta holds bachelor and master’s degrees in Agricultural Engineering from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and Purdue University respectively, and a PhD in Environmental Systems from University of California, Merced.
