Alexander drives the development of IDinsight's external capital strategy and builds partnerships with philanthropists.

Alexander Wheeler is Senior Partnerships Specialist at IDinsight, based in the United States.

Prior to IDinsight, Alexander worked as a Program Officer at BRAC USA in New York City, Bangladesh, and Sierra Leone, where he developed community health, education technology, and innovation-focused projects, brokered philanthropic partnerships, and coordinated public engagement initiatives with the CEO. He also completed a Princeton in Asia fellowship at Asia Injury Prevention (AIP) Foundation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he worked closely with the CEO to develop and sustain road safety and child injury prevention projects in five countries. Additionally, he has managed frontline community health teams serving New York City’s COVID-19 vaccine hesitant neighborhoods and facilities (2021), and contributed to innovation-focused global education research at the Brookings Institution (2016).

Alexander studied Political Economy at Georgetown University.
