Prior to joining IDinsight, Aashima gained experience working as a Research Associate on a large-scale evaluation in the gender sector with Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) in Chhattisgarh, India. Aashima also gained field experience working as an intern on the Breakthrough Project with Jameel Abdul Latif Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), South Asia and as a policy intern with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Rajasthan. Aashima holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jabalpur.
