Shriya has experience building and updating M&E systems for a range of NGOs and foundations including Theory of Change, M&E guidelines, indicator selection, data collection, and data quality processes. She has also run COVID-response surveys across India to understand access to remote learning opportunities and assess gender-specific impacts of COVID. Prior to joining IDinisght, Shriya gained research and data analysis experience as a data science intern at Anheuser-Busch Inbev and a Research Assistant at the Madras School of Economics. She has also interned with the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), New Delhi. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and is a Gold Medalist from the Madras School of Economics, where she completed her Master’s in Economics.
