Prior to joining IDinsight, Rohan worked as a Research Associate at IIT Delhi designing studies to assess ‘the impact of software skills certificate on job-related outcomes’ and to measure ‘the association of English-language skills and personality traits with job-related outcomes and job performance’. Rohan gained field experience in parts of Tamil Nadu while working on a project measuring ‘the correlation between period of micro-finance membership and implicit gender biases among women’. He also worked on ‘a process evaluation to analyze the implementation of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups Dakia Yojana’ during his time as an intern at Jharkhand state Food Commission. Rohan holds a master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru.
