Manages IDinsight’s global finance, reporting, and accounting systems to ensure efficient and effective financial management, empower financial decision making, and facilitate smooth project implementation. Jeremy started out at IDinsight as a Senior Manager leading the then Uganda office in 2013 and managing project in Uganda and Rwanda in health, education, and renewable energy. He transitioned to the Finance Director role in 2015, moving to the Lusaka, Zambia office for 1 1/2 years before settling in Nairobi. In the role of Director of Finance and Compliance, Jeremy manages the day-to-day finance and accounting processes. Jeremy works in close coordination with the other members of the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate accounting across all seven countries, insightful reporting at the project, functional/regional unit, and global levels, ensures an efficient and error-free payment process, and takes a lead role in the global budgeting and forecast processes. Prior to IDinsight Jeremy worked as member of the Financial Analysis and Compliance Team at Chemonics International and as an Infrastructure Consultant for the World Bank in Liberia. Jeremy has lived and worked in the US, Uganda, Israel, Zambia, Liberia, and Angola. Jeremy speaks English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
